Jay's Café is located 1 block north of University Ave. on Raymond Ave. in St. Paul, MN. Our location is conveniently located between Minneapolis and St. Paul, a block or so east of Highway 280. We are also in-between both of the University of Minnesota campuses. We offer great breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, using many locally sourced and organic ingredients. We also offer beer and wine - our list changes on occasion to reflect new market offerings and hidden gems we come across.
